At Mundopastry.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality pastries and baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

    • Refunds are not available for perishable goods unless there was a verified issue with the order.

  2. Return Process:

    • Non-perishable items (such as merchandise or packaging accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you'd like to exchange a non-perishable product, please reach out to our customer support to check eligibility and availability.
