Ready-to-use creamy pistachio spread with soft consistency. The product contains 15% of pistachios. Highly versatile, perfect to be used for after baking filling operations. Excellent results also when used to flavor creams and liquid cream. Excellent filling for praline and chocolate bars like Pistachio Bonbons and Dubai Chocolate Bars.
Ingredients: vegetable fat (palm, sunflower), sugar, LACTOSE , PISTACHIOS (18%), modified starch, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier SOYA lecithin, flavors, antioxidant: rosemary extract. MAY CONTAIN OTHER NUTS. Shelf-life of at least 15 months in original package in cool (20°C max.), dry storage.
